I agree with this. Everyone has the right to judge leaders because we're already globalized and foreign sentiments, even if they are not citizens here, can have a huge impact on our country. What would happen if a President is popular in the country but is hated by foreign investors? Eventually that country would collapse and even the most die-hard supporters would start hating the President for making their lives miserable too.

government gets to see if other government is good or bad. in another governments point of view man sad.
