Metrobank bogo, bati ug serbesyo sa mga customer

To be fair to Metrobank, basin Bogo branch rapud, because I've generally been satisfied with all the Metrobank branches I've transacted with in Cebu City. Different story tingale outside sa siyudad cuz of security concerns etc.

Kanang VIP don't be surprised na special treatment. Understand nalang mo na usahay kanang branch i open tungod lang nila. And since suki na na nila, dili na sila hadlok na holdupper ng VIP. Not very nice to the rest of us, but it's a fact of life. Talk about amounts over a million the bank treats you very differently.

Kanang Bogo branch, sigurado ko ga serve na sa mga sugar barons didto, in all probability, they are the reason Metrobank opened a branch in Bogo in the first place. So kadtong VIP sugar baron tingale to. I don't think they will make him stand in line if he's bringing a few million pesos to deposit with him.

I'm not saying it's perfect, but it's a lot better than BDO na the people there seem to have difficulty to show even a hint of a smile.

dili ra Bogo branch boss...in general HALOS tanang metrobank (sorry to say). Ultimo ilang customer service wa jud tawn...Ang maayo balhin ka ug laing bank, maau pa BPI.

VIP Treatment.. , unfair na siya bro..ngano unsay kalainan sa kwarta namo sa kwarta ana nila..they should also follow simple rules and regulation...

IMHO, I disagree... Presently I have 4 different bank accounts, Landbank, BPI, BDO and Metrobank... So far, in Leyte , Metrobank has the best service offered to customers. I only finish my over the counter transactions in less than 3 to 5 minutes, due to lots of bank tellers and systematic approaches.

In my experiences, Landbank has the worst service, it took me 30minutes to 1 hour maximum for over the counter transactions.

BPI takes me 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the number of bank clients. BDO same with BPI.

wala ba customer feedback ang website sa metrobank? pwde na i lodge ang complaint didto aron direct sa customer service officer then mahatagan dayon ug action like what other banks did.

Fact of life jud na bro, dili lang Metrobank. Banks are not democracies, they are businesses that are happy to take your money. The more they can take from you, the better they treat you.

Sulayi, ingna mo invest ka'g pila ka milyon, di ba i sulod ka'g lain kwarto usahay, introduce ka sa manager, asst. manager, etc., etc.

Ako, I don't complain, because understand nalang ko it's not an ordinary thing to carry that kind of money around. Mao ng rason ang uban accounts kuyog man gani armored car ug security guard.

What's democratic is we all have the opportunity to get rich some day unya maka avail ta sa special treatment. Palit napud ko'g lotto ugma.

kung daghan na sila ug money e deposit ,,pwede raman na nila i pa personal ug collect sa ilang branch like jollibee did and not to the extend nga sila gyud mo deposit then, mag pa VIP treatment dayon.just to make other customer behind..
