    OT or OT Pay is an income or part of the compensation income. Not a deduction.
    And yes, it is taxed. Only the tax(withholding tax) is considered a deduction from your pay and not the OT Pay itself.

    talk to ur HR bro... they might have you fillup some forms first....then process it. I'm not sure.

    you can file sa bir then declare lang that you are head of the family. nga ikaw ra ang gabuhi sa imong family with no other means of income. by that i think ma lesser imo i pay..but being single gud dako jud ang tax ana..but try lang ask sa bir for your tax to pay and to other designated agencies concern adto lang pangutana kay tagaan ra ka ana nila table based sa imong salary and how imong deductions..
