corruption emanates from the people. how can leaders be corrupt when the people are keeping watch? corruption is in the mindset of the people itself.

another problem is the religion, I'm not againts the Catholic Religion but seriously its been taken out of context here in the PH and even religious figures are using it to extort money from the masses. O_o....
