Ngee kalain suko lagi, thanks sa buwis imo gibayad ha? Pang shopping ug laag nako every Saturday. Sorry wa kay mahimo dapat ka mubayad sa buwis huhuhu. Ay kalimot kay maka priso na hehehe. Or basin suko ka kay di ka qualified tungod sa requirement na pleasing personality?


Hay imbis makatabang ta kasukan man. Sa overseas na trabaho bentaha ang dunay backer, sa private pud bisan man dinhi bentaha ang backer. I would be less helpful if I were to say that you would not need a backer to get the job. Hugaw lang huna huna sa uban (especially kana feeling know it alls), a recommendation from a reputable univesity or a big company can do wonders for you. A big company or a reputable institution can also be your backer and not just kana naa sa imong gamayng utok.

And the reason I specifically asked about bonuses is because different gov't agencies differ in terms of year end bonuses for employees.

Sa NAIA ang assignment kay nagkuwang ug taw. Sigh dunay ga thumbs down abi kay Manila. Most if not all of the Cebuanos occupying high ranks in the Civil Service at one point in their careers served in Manila. Ingon ana jud nang serbisyo gobyerno sacrifices jud.

Pag chismis and assume as much as you want; it's a right protected under the constitution after all. Just don't forget to pay your taxes para sa among suweldo ok aron di ma priso?

Some update their websites and some don't. If you are asking if there is one singular site where all vacancies are posted, unfortunately there is none. If you are an aspiring Teacher, Policeman, or Military Personnel, then you need not worry since there is a yearly quota of vacancies. For other positions I strongly suggest visiting the Regional Offices (most if not all of which are located in Cebu) for news.

way sense because na igo ka, and you dont like it. well you can ignore me, but you can't ignore the fact that there are people like you doing civil service (KUNO). yes i will always pay my tax pero ma sayang lang tungod sa mga taw nga sama nimo. nabuhi lang sa Backer...

Nowadays... ang mga professionals nga kahibalo jud, molikay jud ani. (sorry)
Pwera lang sa mga maayo jud nga Civil Servants.

Kasagaran nga na-employed, is mga tiguwang na. Wa gani nahibaw-ang buhaton gawas sa pag-file og papers in folders and steel cabinets. Naa tood mga batan-on, sige lang tago. Makita ra nimo ig-buntag og ig-hapon kung ting log-in & log-out na. Mga kagwang.

But the fact is, we need them man jud.
I mean, we need the civil servants man jud. (not the kagwangs!)
Even if we see nga daghan nila is wala jud ayo, we need them to run the govt services.

Backer System!
Yup... this system is very pathetic.

One time, naa'y opening sa DBM (sa MJ Cuenco gani).
Ni-apply ko kay kita ko sa job opening didto sa Civil Service Office sa una.
Na-hired baya ko. Pero tungod to nga naa diay ko'y nakaila nako sa sulod.
So siya diay nag-backer nako. Nya pasugdon na ko niya.

Pero wala ko nidayon.
Kay na-insulto ko.
I was not hire because of my merits.

Ako lang gi-explain sa nag-backer nako nga naay naka-una og hire nako.
