I'm loosing Blood pretty fast

After being endorse to the floor. I felt that my lips are getting drier than ever. I drank plenty of water and always get ****ed up when I feel that I have to urinate but I can't because your break is only 15 minutes. Despite regular intakes of mineral water, my lips are still dry. I think I'm loosing blood at a fast rate. Other than that, I also get plenty of chocolates to restore this.

I can take the workload (it was adjust by the HR) but when I go home my body sweats + the heat of the road makes my body warmer. I can get a good sleep from 10am-6pm (sometimes I arrive hope at 12)

I'm going top check the Nurse and see what I can do. Btw, the Dr. is not always IN (not 24hrs)
He the /doctor/ is alone at serving the 2 building I1 and I2 so his nurse is also on a break during my break time...

first time pa ni nimo sa call center noh?
that's what i have experienced before - mgcge ko dry lips even though mgcge ko inom water..
usahay ang ako jung throat mgdry..
and i also ask my colleagues about it and they have the same experience..
bantog mgbaon jud na sila ug jug or bottle inside the floor..

sa ndugay nah, dli na kaau mgdry ako lips..
and naanad nko mmutang ug chapstick sa lips..
but better yet consult nlng ug doctor..
if your doctor is not always around then go to the hospital and have a check up

luoy sd nnu mga strick nu bathroom use..
i think pwd rman ka mnanghid sa imo TL nga mgamit ka sa CR..
that's what we usually do even wala pa or humana amoa breaks..

I had this during the first weeks on the floor and it reached to the point like its going to explode (deflated balloon)

So I asked a pharmacist and recommended Ferrous Sulfate (Iron) and take 1 after meals. All day long I was able to manage this. I took multivitamins to compensate my 'unhealthy' meals.

Insurance on applies to In-Patient not Out-Patients... we can ask for the doctor's assistance but his not around at my shift... Nurses can manage though.

Yes, we have a 15 minute break but once you use it you gotta use it in full. I didn't get pass breaks even if I'm about to pee. Its not readily available. If the after-call-work exceeds 30 seconds you called out.

i too experience this one nga dry ang lips... tungod sa aircon nga ibabao a nko. hehe! mosugot tman pud among TL mangihi ko after take ug calls... g-apas pa ga ni ko sa rest room kai dugai au ko nahuman. haha!

Basically, what happened is I was directly below the Aircon. Now I manage to position my self to avoid the chill. I mixed the water with hot water because the cold will make you urinate more often. You can bare to pee but please ask for a break if its really urgent. You might get Urinary Track Infection (UTI) if you deny such need.

I got IRON from Ferrous Sulkfate and eat more meat, Ampalaya helps raise the blood and avoid eating to much fastfoods... a hard thing to do especially on the place we work in. Time passes by to quick.
