i thought talaga joke lang yong na heard ko from other agents that the management does not give the bonuses due to the agent..one agent was asked by the client "so, what did you buy with the bonus I gave you?" and ang agent kai na nga-nga lang intawon and said "what bonus mam ?" .... it sounded funny till it happened to me personally.... our client gave us a christmas bonus of $100 and the management only gave us $90 worth.... if the client had not informed us the total amount that she gave we would not find out.... and when that fat woman manager was confronted about this pa simple lang ang gaga nga 'just file for dispute.... grabe ka hangol ug cuarta ang gaga....

tinood ni? ganahan unta mo apply akong amiga diha kay duol ra sa ilaha. murag kuyawan man sab ta aning balitaa.

Bisag mofile pa'g dispute, wa man gihapo'y mahitabo... ug swertehan kang ihatag ang bonus, after several months pa sad. TOINKS!

Luoy lang ang mga agents nga mao intawn naninguha para's client. Laing tawo ang nagpahimulos. FAETZ!!

I have a friend, he is applying as a call agent in Support Save he took the interview and there he didnt make it he failed...

I've prefer Walk in applicant .. mas madali ka ug Hired/Interview kaysa mag huwat ka. today i talk to a Call Center Agent from SS they have a 1 PM Walk in Applicant but be sure na mas sayo ka mo ad2 before pa jud 1 PM. then kanang 1 PM mag exam pud na sila.
