kapoya pangapply dnha oi. naka pasar ko sa tanan exam dnha. ang exam magsugud inig 9pm sa gabii. after sa final exam gpahuwat mi kung naai mutawag nga client nga mu hire sa mga naka pasar. murag final na jud bah. naabtan mi og 5am wala juy nanawag nga clients T_T

wala pa nireply ang HR nila..pasar nako exam ug interviews....giingnan ko na tawagan ra daw ko kay pangitaan pa kog clients? libog ni sila, hiring daw pero dili pako kasugod kay pangitaan pa ug clients....walay klaro ani....dugay kaayo ang hiring process...

sori jd kau bro bwt ana ky wa mi power mka hibaw ug na unsa na imung application..ambut ana nla oi luoy bya jd mi sa applicant nga mg huwat til kadlawn na coz nka experienced bya sd mi ana dli sd lalim oi pro ambut lgi ana nla oi wa na cla ng worry ky wa mn cla ka try mg huwat hangtod kadlawn..mao pd na 1 thng nka bati sa ilng system... but ng agad ra mn gd cla sa client's sked dat's y dli fixed ang sked sa intervw..

pila ilang salary for starting sa csr? last time i heard its 12k daw. wla ni.raise?

i thought talaga joke lang yong na heard ko from other agents that the management does not give the bonuses due to the agent..one agent was asked by the client "so, what did you buy with the bonus I gave you?" and ang agent kai na nga-nga lang intawon and said "what bonus mam ?" .... it sounded funny till it happened to me personally.... our client gave us a christmas bonus of $100 and the management only gave us $90 worth.... if the client had not informed us the total amount that she gave we would not find out.... and when that fat woman manager was confronted about this pa simple lang ang gaga nga 'just file for dispute.... grabe ka hangol ug cuarta ang gaga....

last april we applied on this company..
too bad..pasar lagee tnan interviews and exams..
then they told us to keep our lines open kai wala pa daw available slots..
OMG! we waited 9pm-3am..
ang environment...not that nice.
