My younger bro drove his car about to cross an intersection. he saw a speeding car so he stopped and he was still hit by the speeding car. The other driver happened to have a friend at citom when they went there. The guy was under influence of alcohol but the inspector acted dumb as if not obvious that the guy had alcohol intake. He said "only a doctor could say that".
This is the inspector's judgement...
My brother is at fault because he happened to be in the minor road of the intersection.
Facts: 1. Sketch shows speeding cars skid marks and direction of impact favoring my brother
2. We brought the Speeding driver and confirmed positive for alcohol (examined at CCMC)

2. ok raman makainom magdrive basta sakto lang
3. kamo nalang pag inspector
In the end it was settled that we just repair our own cars using our own insurance. But we are planning to make a complaint against this inspector. Does anyone know how we could reach a guy in position to reprimand this inspector? (Our car just got a minor scratch and were not after money, we are just very pissed of his unfair conduct towards us, imagine him saying its ok to drink and drive. And he said only a doctor can say that a guy had alcohol intake - a very stupid thought! i thought he was an inspector?!)

Hilasa jud anang mga CITOM. mao jed na ang naka daot basta naay kaila lagi kay ma dala ra ug storya2. Try ug consult ug attorney bro if you know one. para kahibaw ka unsa imong best course of action.
