ALERT: Apparently the group asking every1 to change their profile pic to their favorite cartoon is actually A GROUP OF PEDOPHILES! They're doing it becoz kids will accept their friend request if they see a cartoon. Nothing to do with supporting child violence. It was on that TV show that warns you about internet frauds......It's on ......News. Pass this on to everyone who has a cartoon profile picture.
Even me, I changed my profile pic to support the cause but sadly there's another story behind this...I saw this on my friends wall on FB...What you think? True ba kaha ni or what?

what the... but still lot of people were fooled in doing so...
does changing your profile pic into a cartoon character support their cause? as for me, changing profile pic does not support any cause in any way... I just don't see it. imho.

yup, it does not directly support the cause, better donate a small amount for the org that is supporting this, if there is one in reality, but the act of changing the profile did create a lot of BUZZ thus lots of people were aware that violence against children is rampant. So if AWARENESS is the purpose of the act, then it served its purpose. anyway, changing the prof pic did refresh a lot of our memories from our childhood days.it was nostalgic...
