"market share" - just stay relevant, and make sure the system you're trying to duplicated and (or) replicate can produce relevant results for you to have the competitive advantage.

Just take note, a system is composed of different and some are even complex processes that needs to be at the right context for it to work. To highlight one, culture really matters because people behind that culture will run your so called system.

When you create large distribution channels / large teams who have same mental vectors, strong will to fight in the field, no one can stop you conquering the market share. When you unified the whole field force, it will create an unstoppable force and it creates like a nuclear machine, nuclear explosion in the market. "Who controls distribution, controls the market.". Builders who created large networks of distribution channels, controls the future.

What would you want to be, a Founder of Mc Donalds or a Five-star Chef?

A network of marketers is good but the product must be of high relevance also.
It would be rather complex if we will be talking about dominance or conquering the top spot.
To slim down the topic bro, can u specify what market do u plan to dominate?
    What is the product line?
Example, shall we talk about how to conquer the market held by Jollibee?
Or were talking here of getting the top sales inside a company?
Because we can't create a general rule because each market segment..
..and each product line have different characteristics where our marketing strategy should fit in.

As for me, it is also my goal to conquer some market share though in other field.
So, product innovation, perfection of systems and high company image should be my basic keys in climbing up.

    value for money.. thats that..

im not a very big fan on the "saturating the market with many outlets" strategy as this would create competition within your own company in terms of market size.. "eg. too many sellers". this would severely reduce retailer's moral where his/her market is not protected.. kinsa man ganahan competensya dba? honestly?

i favor monopoly.. crush the competition by create strategic alliance with them.. draw the lines and define territories... (im referring to market.. not actual land boundaries). monopolize one part of the market ang ive the other parts to your competitors..

ex... you go for total control luxury items that cater to AB MARKET and let your competitor have the entire C or D market,...
