    i could understand small business having small compensation
    but if the business grows, the employees should as well be equally gratified

    You start alone, but if you duplicate yourself how many times more, then you can make a fortune long term. T_T!
    In my business now, I already have 4 strong direct leaders. They can manage now on their own.

    If you can build strong leaders in your team, you will become powerful and unstoppable.
