    Default EON online enrollment does not work


    Its been 2 weeks since I enrolled my EON online. Ever since I enrolled it in their website it says "please enter a valid card number or user id". I have tried both card number and ID and still get the same error.

    Their site does not offer forgot password option or where to contact regarding this situation.

    When I try to enroll the card, it says the card is already enrolled

    Do you have any idea where I go about regarding this?

    If naka enroll na ka sauna bai, ang imo ra gyud ana is to wait na ma acknowledge imong card, I remember sauna abi nako 3 days ra ang enrollment kay mao nakabutang sa ilang website, but naabtan ug 1 week kapin. You can call the branch nga imo gi apply-an though, kay kato sauna na speed up ang process at least.

    ang kara-an jud nko nga union bank account kay classic man gud to. karon switch ko ug eon kay dako maintaining sa classic which is 10k. I did not expect this, plus dli kaau nindot ang customer service sa unionbank IMO. I have been using them for 3 years now.

    Boo gyud kaayo na ilang customer service bai, but may gani maayo ang mga taw sa akong branch. Nakatawag napud ko sa hotline nila pero pa change pass ra.

    several experiences na jud. beya from plaridel branch, never helpful. she does not know their bank code, doesnt entertain you because she is always in a hurry. told her about my query and she just told me to contact their customer service.
    their customer service cannot be contacted if you are a non-pldt subscriber. there is a non-pldt subscriber number but it can't be contacted.

    paypal should find a different partner for banking in the philippines. maybe bpi or bdo. unionbank will never be better because I think they will be closing soon. the bad customer service has been their problem since, but they are not doing anything about it.

    I will be emailing paypal regarding their banking partner in philippines.

    call Paypal instead. to avoid receiving "con" messages. or have a live chat

    The horror I experience with paypal and unionbank... It took me 1 month to resolve an issue of not crediting $500 to my eon cyberaccount.

    I called up unionbank a couple of times, nakapahilak nalang ko gatrabaho sa unionbank told them lot of stuff jud kay galagot ko ato na time... nawag pud ko sa paypal how many times for a span of 1 month para lang tawn msulod ang kwarta sa ko paypal...

    Both paypal and eon sucks... told all their customer reps, dont tell me you understand coz you will never understand my point coz you are paid by the company to tell me "im sorry, i do understand your concern".

    But good thing naresolve sya after endless of times sige follow up both paypal and eon...and got credited twice...

    @ TS: yaw nalang expect og tabang ana EON 48 years paka atimanon ana mura sila walay paki sa customer ambot na unsa na sila...the worst customer service ever...

    regarding calling paypal ph? Maa na sa bottom page if I am not mistaken naa nay contact us. However, you need to call their US number and call during their office hours para makastorya ka klaro nila.

    Things will get resolved when you are persistent on calling them. As in call! This is what I did I called them up for thousands of times na guro para sa akong issue may gani naresolve...
