kung nakabasa man sya ani...im sure naghimo na tong lahing account to follow the thread. i was told by someone who knows him na he is a hacker pud daw. if so, so likas na kawatan na jud sya diba?

I report ni siya sa NBI sis para ma investigate.. most likely scam ni tanan ang mga taw diri.. and also maynta ma dakpan na ni nga scammer. I've been to many online transactions and I do a lot of research before doing some serious business na jud. Lesson learned nana nimo sis nga do not trust a person directly. Even if it is your old friend coz money destroys a human being

actually i first posted his pic and inquiring people about him through facebook's bogus sites... he saw it and threatened me that he's gonna file LIBEL daw sa ako. duhhhh i wouldn't be doing anything like this if di nya ako inagrabyado no! nananahimik ang tao binuwisit nya! for weeks binigyan ko sya ng chance to pay back the amount kahit pa unti-unti lang. i begged him talaga kahit 1,000 o 5,000 man lang kasi the supposedly tuition nang anak ko inirefund ko muna sa mga buyers...nag file up na yong bill ng anak ko to the extent na di na sya mapag issuehan ng paces nya....pero ano ginawa nya? paasa ng paasa. he is making a way daw. anong way yan? umabot na ng 3months wala pa ring result sa "way nya". umalma lang ako kay MR OLIVEROS kasi naapektuhan na studies ng anak ko. have shut down my online store dahil sa double injury na ginawa nya sa akin.

It is not easy to prove a SCAM; problema ani is how to go over letting our NBI believe that the statement na imong gi ingon kay tinuod.. feeling nako murag taas² jud ni na investigation coz I'm sure they will be asking you alot esp evidensya! Not sure if the receipts sa money transfer and the text messages would suffice, tsk tsk! lisura ani...

yup, that is! pero to report it is a start na diba? atleast i made something out of it. what i don't want to happen is naa pay lahing mabiktima. enough nlang na ako ang last. manganad man ni if no one is there to regulate his acts. he was very careful sa iyang acts jud, everything seems pre-meditated. i have kept the receipts and have kept some of his text messages but as i've confirmed his number it was a prepaid.

i have talked to one of the money recipients, Brendon Moscosa (a former brgy official of Maribojoc, Bohol) but he denied being an accomplice to the issue. he said he is a victim himself, blindly used by John to receive the money... that's his alibi....but everything would be figured out if there will be an investigation.
