We are currently in need of the following positions:
SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
• Position will involve preparing and setting up the client database and preparing
forms and letters for client use.
• Will include assisting Project Managers with implementation related tasks.
• Communicating with clients and corporate partners.
• Ensuring projects stay on time/on budget, maximizing billable time and
documenting project related activity.
Requirements:
• Graduate of an IT-related degree and the like
• With solid understanding of Networks and above average technical knowledge
• With background in customer service is an advantage
• MUST have excellent communication English communication skills (both oral and
written)
• Must be a team player and able to multi-task, meet firm deadlines, work under
limited supervision and the ability to prioritize
• Basic medical industry knowledge is helpful, but not required.
• Must be amenable to work evening hours Monday thru Friday in order to be
available for our US-based clients.
• Resident or willing to work in Cebu City
TECHNICAL SUPPORT/ IMPLEMENTERS
Responsibilities: Provides training, implementation, and support to clients via e-Mail,
phone, and other electronic medium. A full time position to ensure we are able to
provide our clients with exceptional support services.
Specific knowledge requirement:
- A graduate of IT or any computer related courses.
- Able to install and configure Software/Hardware applications (Database Server,
Web Server, and other related applications).
- Must be willing to work on night shifts and have flexible hours.
- Typing proficiency: 40-60 wpm.
- Knowledge on Citrix Server, Cisco VPN client, CTL, and other related remote
connection applications is an advantage.
- A background on Insurance Billing and Accounting is an advantage
- Excellent communication both oral and written,
- Interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Resident or willing to work in Cebu City

Requirements:
- A college degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Able to install and configure Hardware and Software applications.
- Must have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Should be well versed in testing client server and web based application.
- Should be a fast learner and actively stay abreast of latest standards and
techniques to improve skills.
- Candidate must have good communication skills and is a bright, logical team
player.
- Typing proficiency: at least 30wpm
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
All successful Business Development Executive Applicants will be working together with
our Telemarketing Executives from our US and India offices to ensure software solutions
are met to enhance the business of our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
• Secure, process, and collate the clients’ fax numbers and/or contact details
through approved corporate means, such as cold calling and web browsing
• Management of the potential client database
• Sending out marketing materials through fax or e-mail blasts
• Updating and keeping current the marketing materials database
• Tracking the market response to the marketing materials sent out
Specific knowledge requirement:
• High Intellectual Quotient
• Graduate of paramedical course (BS Nursing, etc.)
• Resourceful and Computer savvy
Exceptional American English communication skills (both oral and written)
With 1 year solid telesales work experience
High aspiration for career growth in the US Health Care Industry
Amendable to work evening shifts Mondays to Fridays in order to be available to
