im having my swimming exercise there during weekdays sa hapon kay kami rjud duha sa ako landlady mg langoy tmn mga 6. panington nlng mi nilangoy'tig gym mn ko but na stop, now im into swimming. mas ganahan ko swimming mas mka wala ug stress pud... wla mn mi bayad kay member mn ako kauban but i heard ila pasakahan ang entrance ug 80.00 because they discourage non-members to come

yup...kailangan jud mag bathing suit....the reason for that is the cloth sa bathing suit....ang reason man gud ana kay ang cloth sa bathing suit kay designed to bring less contamination and at the same time will maximize your movement in the water...unlike if you are going to wear clothes especially cotton ang cloth....bug-at kaayo....kay grabeh mu absorb ang water....
actually swimming is not the best exercise to lose fat. instead, swimming makes the body retain some amount of fats because fats improve buoyancy and also serve as insulation. the best thing about swimming is it improves stamina with minimal body stress compared to running and weightlifting.
swimming makes you fit. mao na akong ma ingon. ako ngita pod qg swimming buddy. :]
pero murag di jd ko everyday mgswimming pod.
