Green Lantern Hal Jordan is a good match for Surfer. it'll be a close fight, but Surfer will win eventually.

Onslaught, Warlock, Magus I don't know who'd be a good match for them, or can't be bothered to think.

Phoenix of the WC as I already said, Spectre is a possible match, though full powered Spectre is LT's equal so maybe not. the Endless I suppose, but it'll probably be a stalemate.

Lol seriously, battledome threads like this never get anywhere. If you were to judge both universes by omnipotents alone, both the Presence and the One-Above-All would just cancel each other out. Same goes for Spectre and the Living Tribunal. (This is still debatable because I think Morningstar and the Great Evil Beast are stronger than Spectre)

The best thing you could do is pair two characters with each other, instead of just an all out match-up between the two universes. You can place rules, plot devices etc. to make things more realistic.

GEB has merged with the Presence in that Swamp Thing story, though it did appear during Hal's time as the Spectre. *shrugs*
Lucifer against a Spectre with full backing of the Presence, probably loses. Michae on the other hand(since he's stated to be more powerful than Lucifer, just not smarter) vs. Spectre with full backing might be close, probably a stalemate.

I'll say, yes the comics are detailed. you get to know their powers in greater detail, in how they use it, etc as you read on whereas wikipedia only provides base information that's either lacking, outdated(because of recent changes to some of the character like becoming more powerful or weaker).

in Marvel's case, the TV series was an adaptation of the comics to an extent, while DC did something original. it's still different from the comics since it is a TV show. and no, not my idea. it is just widely accepted that both mediums are different from each other for very obvious reasons. I think you're arguing this because it's the only thing you know, understandable.

I'm not questioning the comics. Gladiator has inherent confidence issues. it's part of his character. he should win against Thor but because of his character flaw, he lost.

yeah, spoiler alert! it is true, and I don't see why I would be lying about this or anything I've posted so far since it's in the comics themselves.

unfortunately I only have 3 pics of it on hand, so I'll give a little backstory.

backstory: this happened in Infinite Crisis 7. Superboy-Prime, a maddened pre-crisis Kryptonian decides he wants to end all of creation by going going right through the centre of the Universe(Oa homeworld of the Guardians of the Universe and the Green Lantern Corps.) located 500 million light years from Earth. after being momentarily halted by the entire Green Lantern Corps. 300 mile thick wall of willpower, Superman of Earth 1(mainstream) and Superman of Earth 2 caught up with him and they started fighting while moving at faster than light speeds, at the same time changing Superboy-Prime's course to where Planet Krypton used to be, which is in the Andromeda Galaxy and by scientific fact is a good 2.5 million light years away from Earth/Milky Way Galaxy.

the star they went through is Rao, a Red Sun.
the planet which they crashed on is a sentient planet and member of the Green Lantern Corps, named Mogo.
also like to point out how this is a feat of durability in that Superman was taking hits from Superboy-Prime whose punch was so strong it sent ripples through reality which altered many things in the DCU, reviving some of the dead characters being one of the examples.

also, the site doesn't need to post this information because it's in the comics.

also that link you gave me, the TS shot herself in the foot by suggesting levels of omnipotence. an omnipotent cannot be weaker than another omnipotent since they are perfect beings(duh, omnipotent). thus, the weaker omnipotent is not truly omnipotent and is just near omnipotent.

as for Death of Superman, it's why I called it a stupid comic book since the big names of the DCU were nowhere to be seen.

and since I brought it up anyway, Superman defeated Thor in that crossover. there you go. though meh, it's not canon to the mainstream DCU and MarvelU so it might as well have not happened.
