first of all, ang pag adopt nila sa pd96 for muffler violation is very wrong and irrelevant, not unless ilang e amend or revise ang pd96 to go well with loud muffler/exhaust violation.

ug naay silencer imong aftermarket pipe wala kay problema basta PNP check point. i dont know sa LTO/TFA kay wala pamkan sad ko sitaha sa akong open pipe sa taga LTO.

matud pagkasturya nasulod jud ang muffler sa pd 96 pra nila, ang ako giapas dili man ang kasaba sa tambutso, and nindot paminawn.. ang ako giapas kay ang iya ra porma kay mabagay jud sa atung moto. ok rku bsag wla pay tingog akung muffler... and pra pud dili nta hasol2xlon... pero tyming2x lng lage sa mga mu-sita nimo.

well bro, FYI and to make the story short.. i was driving somewhere in lawaan ang this "rider" was snake driving, iya kung overtake-kan sa atubangan more than 3 times. ako nalang ang mo brake para walay disgrasya. and that last time nga wala nalang jud ko ni brake, its because niabot na jud sa point nga if molikay ko niya, i would hit a pedestrian (1 mama and 2 little children). and if mo brake ko kalit a minibus would surely hit me.. if u were me, what would u do?

basically, cya man ang nibangga kay siya man ang ni insert ug lane.. ako lang ang wala ni brake. and pag abot sa mga enforcers sya man ang sayop. but ako lang ang nibayad niya sa hospital. dont worry, wala sya naunsa kay i was only doing 40 km/hr.
