No need,
It calls for unity among the populace to fight crime,
what we need is only to unite watching each others safety.
The problem here in Urban areas is that you don not even know
the person next to your door, we lack that what so called coherence.

I have nothing against Mayor Mike Rama but I think under his administration, crime in Cebu will rise. He is just not cut for that department in my opinion.
