i don't understand why IT IS NOT acceptable to say that it's the individual's action.. did the fraternity asked him to do it? there's a possibility that yes, the fraternity could've been involved with that individual's action.. but then again, we need certain evidences to prove that the fraternity was actually involved in such a crime.. without anything to support it, we just couldn't JUDGE a fraternity by pushing our own opinion that just because members are this and that, it's the fraternity's fault right away..

give me a certain link to a news story that someone actually killed somebody and after the crime, he proudly proclaimed that he's a member of Akhro or Tau gamma..
