the effects on working nightshift especially in a call center cant be seen right then and there.. it is only seen when 6-7 years from now..

why not do the following..:
sleep 8 hours ...
ocational lang ang tagay vices .. moderate .. or during day off lang
healthy food and vegetables
vitamins or suplements
excercise , jogging
It s all about how you handle stress...
also have time to meditate..
spend time with your hobbies or with family and friends...
If dili mo do any of the things ... mo kirig jud ka...
like not sleeping for 3days , donot eat, some mo soyup pa..
tagay before shift...
healthy living bah..
