the effects on working nightshift especially in a call center cant be seen right then and there.. it is only seen when 6-7 years from now..
mild to severe cases of migraine, mild shaky hands.. extreme headaches and blindness, heart and liver problems... wait until 6-7 years..
your body will speak for itself by then....

its about saving your money. iv joined cc last 2k7, save 5k per month, disciplined jud. 3 companies na me. i didnt even notice that i already hav 110k in the bank. kay natigil man me work between 2k8 to 2k9. recently lang me start invest. i have savings plan with insular, i gave my wife an account with citisec so she can do stocks trading since she's no longer working. q.a. sya before bt is an accounting grad. she's now a stock trader.
