Small capital is relative, how small is small? Anyway, these are the things that I can think of:

1.) Cellphone loading business. Gamay ra gyud ni ug kinahanglan. You could just use word of mouth for this one. Find an old or cheaper cellphone and use it. You don't necessarily need a place to put up a stand, that would just be additional cost (which includes manpower, bills, and paperworks). Carrying your phone with your is carrying the business with you. You could do business everywhere.

2.) Sari-sari store. IMO, Location is the key. Of course, you also need a competent manpower and supplies to keep this afloat. Medyo di kaayo dako ang capital ani. For P20K, you could already start a good one.

3.) Tutorial services. Just imagine it as a small "informal" school. If you have a spare space in your house, you can use it. You could do the tutoring yourself or if you have friends, offer them the opportunity to earn and be partners. Invest in chairs, tables, and decorations for the room.

4.) School supplies. Pareho ra sa sari-sari store. If you have a good amount, then put up a sari-sari store with school supplies.

Starting a business is never easy no matter how small it is and making it grow is much more challenging. In this digital world, use technology to your advantage. Advertise in social networking sites and online forums. Use word of mouth or maybe guerilla marketing to promote your business.

Mao ra na for now, hope it helps.

    cell phone load bai.

try ani, nya if you can discipline yourself nga di ka manghilabot sa capital and a portion of your gain is reinvested, then you can try other business. if maglisod ka, then discipline yourself lang sa.
