sorry sir.. noob man gud.. anyways mao ni ako ganahan mahibaw-an
1. minimum investment cost?
2. is it true na mag agad sa market? like ang interest dli fix?
thanks
Icontinue lang ni nako,
1.) Minimum investment is only P5000 and a minimum amount of P1000 every time you decide to add some more.
2.) Yes, it is. Actually, mutual funds is the same as investing in stocks but the only thing is, in mutual funds, fund managers are doing the study and investment on our behalf. There will be times that it will go up and there will be times that it will go down. Statistically speaking, though there are fluctuations, it is linearly going up meaning your money is growing.
Regarding the growth rate, it isn't fixed.
3.) There is always risk involved and in mutual funds, risk comes with time. If you intend to invest for long term, the risk decreases. Assurance? It actually would depend on the company and on the investor. Find a reputable company and invest long term. In that way, the risk goes down and the assurance that your money will grow big increases.
Ok. Nako sabot man ko. Daghan man gud details sa MF...
1. Php 5,000.00 ang initial deposit of FAMI and Philequity. Minimum add on every month is 1k.
Php 10,000.00 ang initial deposit of PhilAm Assets Management Inc. Minimum add on every
month is 1k.

Please photocopy it.
What if kung dila ka maka add on...motubo ba gihapon ang money? Answer is YES. Motubo
gihapon ang money bisan dili ka maka add on every month. Pero mas modako ang money kung
sige kang add on.
Year To Date (YTD) Return/1 yr interest Return/3 yrs interest Return/5 yrs interest Return mao na basihan report sa ilang performance. For now, The Market is Good. You don't need to worry.
Interest is not fix what I said, because it depends on the performance.
3.Safe? Yes it is safe to invest in Mutual Funds than to invest directly to Stocks Market.
Scenario:
Mutual fund is collectively pools money from individual and corporate investors. For example,
Ikaw, nag butang ka ug 5k sa funds.
Ako, nag butang ko ug 20k sa funds.
Imo partner, nag butang ug 10k funds.
Ang iro, nag butang ug 500k funds.
Metro bank, nag butang ug 100M sa funds.
Unsa man buhaton ani?
return or motubo sa imo money.
What will happen sa imo money?
Motubo ra gihapon..dili mawala...mogain gihapon because sa uban companies like ALI, SECB, TEL,
Third, Mag-monitor ka every day sa stock markets from Monday to Friday(except hoildays) 9:00
am to 12:00 pm nga time..(ok ra kung wala kay work...wala kay buhaton...pwede nimo
mag monitor every day sa pse)
Fourth,mag-lisod ka ug diversify, because of limited money that you have. Kay sa stock market,
naa gitawag nga board lot. It means minimum shares that you will buy. For example, JFC
has Php 96 per share and board lot is 100. You have 5k. Do you think you can buy that
share? Answer is NO> Why? Dili igo imo money.
Php 96 x 100 = Php 9,600 ang minimum and You have 5k.
Answer: 1 Million percent dili ma TY ang gi invest nimo.i mean naa assurance na dli ma TY ang gi invest
I hope...I answer your question.
I'm not saying that investing in stock market is bad but you must be an expert sa stock market aron walay MAHAY kung mo invest ka directly sa stock market.
In banks, that's why gamay ra ang % interest kay guaranteed ang imong return regardless of performance and your money is PDIC insured( a money back guarantee) if ma bankrupt*. Then as for Mutual funds, the R:R is performance dependent. Bigger risk means bigger reward or none at all if ma bankrupt.
* PDIC will insure upto 250,000 mn cguro.
