Try CVG, one of the best companies to work for. I have known benefits of diff call center companies. CVG is by far the best, that is if you plan on making a career out of being a call center agent. One of the few benefits are as follows: Huge pay out at around 20k, Allowances are tax free (you can check this in your statement, some other companies have so many taxes), Insurance covers 100k only (but per type of ailment) plus you can add dependents after 6 months for a low subsidized cost, payout increase depending on performance every 3 months, and a retirement plan after 5 years (only a few companies have this). Not all accounts in CVG are difficult, Sprint is difficult but agents can get pay outs of up to 40K per month.
-----I would suggest the customer support department at xlibris. The job is way more chill than jp and cvg. They will certainly make you work to earn every peso you earn. xlib's cs dept is known to be easy-going. Cvg and jp will make you take calls in the hundreds per day. xlib pays about 23k basic and it has health benefits and bonuses, etc. -----I beg to disagree with this, I have worked at Xlibris and their CS dept is one of the most gruelling, Their Sales dept however, has very good pay outs especially if you are very good at sales, some guys get up to 100k per month, and the record that their top seller has gotten as I have heard was 1million, but as what I had seen was 500k. You have a quota to maintain though and you do not have health insurance. The longest you can stay in the company without hitting your quota is 3-4 months.
CVG, just speak average english, convey your thoughts in english well, and show enthusiasm that you want to work there. ANd also with help from the one above. Cheers.
