    Is the 40% ownership still the same?

    Pero naay instance nga pwede higher ana.

    Why man nag-ask ka?
    Naa kay partner nga foreing investor?

    yup foreigners can only own 40% share on any business or less depends on the investment.... for partnership refer to SEC

    My stupid boss is abusing my workmate. And enough is enough, long story short. He is making it seem na we're the one that needs him, pero in reality... He is the one who desperately needs us. And enough is enough, mu.panick man gani if pangutan-on questions about sa SSS. So i'm just clarifying it here if the rule of foreigners being able to own a business here. Just insurance if things go rough >_>
