Ok lang ang stream. The reason why i chose to move to cvg is becuz of the undefined scope of support sa queue namin. Ok lang yun if i was hired under etel and getting p.a., bonuses, etc. Pero that's not the case. Im a stream hire and being a super agent is not my idea especially with that amount of salary. Sawa na rin me sa walang katapusang potluck where i shed out money para pakainin ang higher management.

guys any idea if e train ka nla ug LPET?

ni apply ko dre sa stream din after ana ingun to ang ng interview nko nga mga LPET pa daw ko for 2 weeks unsa may pasabot ana dili pani assurance ma hire ka?

LPET means that you are qualified for the job but your grammar or talking skills are a bit poor. Once you've passed both LPET1 and LPET2 they start profiling you for an account.

Pasara lang. It's easy they put you there because they want to have results after 2 weeks of training. Naay matagak pero mga 30% makapasar ana.
