I do this a lot too doing my glamor shoots when I do stage lighting effects... you get irregular looking shadows in the face because your kicker lights are positioned way down too low. Her right shoulder is blocking the light which produces that big shadow on her right side of her face. As a result you get a highlight that cuts midway.
model is well separated from BG except the shoe part...yes because she is wearing black shoes too. (but what can you do?...again, no biggie)
hard to tell the PP of skin when you have this size of image.
was this shot outdoors or in studio?...you can't even tell... colors are vivid.

it's not ghostbumps but rather "chicken skin neck" i usually call...i didn't bother to smooth it out...
