link a credit card or international debit card to have your PayPal account confirmed. (only verified accounts can withdraw money)
once you have everything set, ask the sender to send you the money through your PayPal account.

aside from being confidential, you are taking a risk.
The owner can change the accounts password once the money is in his account.
