    1st - initial interview,... kong daghan applicante , e by groups mo e interview sa isa ka room, kitang katag dre kong dona kai confidence dli na jud ka ma ulaw mag englis.
    2nd - computer test.. morag 2 parts man cguro ni xa.. kailangan follow instruction jud ka ani. kong dli ka mo follow bisan og ma au ka mo englis. tagak gihapon ka.
    3rd - kai listening/response apprehension.. ari kasagaran ma tagak kai tricky kau ni xa.. pero before mo take mo sa test. tagaan mog tips ani. onsaon pag take og answer sa test.. sa telephone ka mo answer ani. dapat dako imo tingog eg answer nimo.. og think fast sad. be alert, awake. alive ani na part.
    4th- final interview.. kasagaran mga managers mo interview dre.. be yourself nalang dre. og be honest sa imong answers. kai normally eg abot ani na stage. pasar naka daan. show lang na your more than willing to work and your fully interested sa job.

    unya ang standard sa q as agent.. kailangan follow rules/guidelines jud pirmi... ari jud lisud usahay kai lisud jud tag follow sa rules and guideliness pirmi.. pero adjust lang jud.. learn to love your job.. nya always ask sa imo sup anang mga libog or sa imo traineer.. nya kanang ge sulti nila dre na grabee ka au mag meeting.. e report dayun na sa HR pra ma tagad.. reklamo dayun.. kai wala mo kabayaran sa mga OT. pwidi sad mo report sa nu sup anang mga qa na dugay mahuman og meeting in a good manner. ingna tawn na burn out namo, gutom. waste of effort na sa qa kong padugayon ang meeting kai dli gihapon ninyu ma absord kai gotom na dba..useless gihapon.

    kai score card dre kai:

    25% attendance/adherence(staff time)
    -ma absent kag isa kai 12.5% nalang imo. kong duha.. la ko sure kong mo half paba. kai ang 3 absents, ma zero% na imo attendance. 3 lates == 1 absent sad

    45% QA score (22.5% internal/22.5% external QA score)
    kailangan mag aim ka og 92% both internal og external qa sa qa score nimo
    kong below 92% pero naa sa 90%+ maka kuha ka og half sa 22.5%. kong 85%+ napa kai gamai na percent makoha. below 85%. zero na imo qa score

    15% transfer rate
    7% ra ang limit sa imong transfer calls sa whole month sa tanan calls nimo pra makoha nimo ang 15% ba score sa transfer rate. pra makoha nimo ang transfer rate.
    15 calls == 1 transfer. approximate na.
    kong mo abot kag 8% or 9%.. maka koha kag 10% sa transfer rate

    15% hold time
    mga 9% man cguro to ang threshold ani. sa whole month nimo.
    ang hold time dapat sa 8hr shift nimo.. naa ra kai 10-20mins+ na hold aprox. pra makoha nimo ang 15% hold time. pwidi ra jud nimo istoryaan cge ang customer pra dli ka mag hold na., mag hold nalang kong needed na like tawag laing dept. or discuss gamay sa sup.
    kong mo abot kag 8% or 9%.. maka koha kag 10% ani sad.

    dapat sad e assist nimo og tarong ang cust. kai autofail ka sa imong qa score kong mag binoang ka. or mag tapol2. nya dapat accurate info ang imo e hatag na answer sa mga question sa cust. pra confident jud ka paminawan sa cust. morag tenure naka kong in ana. salig jud ang cust nimo. nya be ready to assist any type of cust. any jud na.. from bootan to badlongon. from smart cust to walai earth na cust. from hilomon na cust to cge yawyaw cust. from normal speaker cust to dli ma sabtan words cust./ etc..etc..etc. daghan judt klase2..
    be ready lang.. e mindset na daan.. ayaw og ampo na dli ka ma receive og bati na call. dapat e prepare nimo imong self onsaon nimo pag cope sa mga lisod na calls..

    be confident lang jud og tarong trabahu, og accurate,correct answers pirmi..

    sa production nana mo take effect jud.
    ang training og nesting ang inyu ra trainer mag recommend ninyu kong pasaron or dli. basta dli lang ka mag absent og dli ka magpabadlong. pasar ka daan sa training.

    Definitely they will give it in the middle of November, tax returns will be on January, and for your last question the answer is NO, you don't have to be a regular employee to receive a 13th month pay coz every company is obliged to give their employees a 13th month pay. If you will render your resignation this November then your tax return will be included on your last pay which probably you will receive it after 3 months from the day that you will be cleared.

    Not just tier 2 or 3, tier 1 is included, if ever manaktak ang Q they will be basing it with the agent's performance.. QA scores will be the main factor. Since the previous month the center's standing dropped down from 1st to 6th and it was very alarming to the client since Cebu's standing had always been on the 1st place, and if ever it drops, either 2nd or 3rd. Be thankful that Cebu's standing right now is back in the 1st place. Cebu will just have to keep it up.

    Ever wonder why there was a rudeness training? The past few months, escalated calls raised 3 or 4 times the normal rate, especially the ST department. And some tier 2 and 3 agents were getting stressed out and losing composure since most of this calls were irate callers. A lot of complaints from the customers that reps were messing up their account and giving them false/wrong information. 50% of this escalated calls were coming from dumaguete center other 50% were from the rest of the centers. No offense to dumaguete center but this is true. I think dumaguete center is already aware with this right now.

    What I liked Q before is the account is too easy and it's not stressful so that's why the pay isn't that competitive compared to other call centers. But not now, calls were getting stressful for escalations, to think universal agents right now has more avails than escalations..

    Pundo maniid nalang ko rong tuiga if ever wa gihapoy changes then next year that will be bye2x tooth decay.. LOL.

    hi... actually we were just updated by our supervisor that Q will have a salary increase next year, but Cebu must first make sure that we are capable for the increase. the supervisors did have a General assembly meeting with the manager's and tracfone staffs, and randel said (one of the tracfone managers) that there will be an increase starting next year, since tracfone right now is already competitive to other companies.
    even T-mobile did copy the ST accounts. almost all of the ST plan was copied by T-mobile. so do know for sure that tracfone right now is already competing well with other companies.

    lol... well your supervisor made up a good motivational story. Hope for the best and wait for the worst. hahaha... bitaw good luck sa pag atang sa increase. 50/50 jud na. Worth it ra siguro ang salary increase if "tarongon sa COMP BEN OG COMPUTE AMONG SWELDO"... DILI TAWON MAG BINUGO... Why can't you provide us with an itemized data sa among DTR sa online payslip system ninyo, para makabalo mi if asa mi na minusan or if unsa ang mga deductions ang naa mi. Grabeh ka generic sa figures sa payslip, mura ra og ni ingon nga "Hoy ikaw naa kay deduction ron 3k" unya wala ta kabalo nganung na deduction... I hope mabasa ni sa mga taga Comp Ben and they should update their system.
