Shawn Kemp, dunk² pai iyang nahibaw-an ato! wala jud silai superstar ato ai! pero, grabeh to sila mulubong! karon? Wade ug Arenas? ahak na lang! hehehehehe! manghinaot lang ta nga dili ma tak² silang Battier ug Bowen!
@slakker: unsai pasabot aneh? mawala na jud si K-Mart? wahehehehehe!

Gamay ra jud karon ang nakhbwo sa classic teamplay, as we've all been saying, and another problem sad kay most of the key players that coaches wants to be a part of these international games kay dili mosugot or injured. They need men who understands the game and can be provided with knowledge on how to play with the team. They don't need superstars. They need players who can understand well.Originally Posted by level42
There are a lot of low-post players out there who can semi-dominate the entire tourney, give pure hustle, can distribute the ball well, and provide defensive presence. Kung dinagko lang, daghan man mo-provide ug sakto ba. For me, this line-up should be enough to handle the games well. Veterans, role players, defensive minds and a bit of a complete player (superstar status).
C - Marcus Camby - hustle, rebound, defense, shotblocker
PF - Elton Brand - offense, rebound, defense
SF - Shawn Marion - perimeter & man-to-man defense, offense, rebound
SG - Dwayne Wade - offense (perimeter & penetrator)
PG - Chauncey Billups - leadership, court vision, offense, 3pointer
C - Rasheed Wallace - defense, offense (can shoot 3)
PF - Lebron James - offense, defense
SF - Carmelo Anthony - offense (clutch shooter)
SG - Bruce Bowen - defense (perimeter), 3pointer
PG - Gilbert Arenas - 3pointer, pointmanship, defense
reserves:
Chris Kaman - rebound, defense
Michael Redd - 3pointer
Jermaine O'Neal - rebound, offense, defense
Joe Johnson - offense, hustle
Mike Bibby - offense, court vision
Ako-a lang sad ni ha...I didn't include their status in the NBA.
sa dream team 1 bai morag makaingon gyud ta nga angay sila mo dominate kay murag si mulln og laetner ra man siguro ang wala maapil sa 50 greatest players of all time.Originally Posted by SQUiDnine
@lunateec22 sayang btaw wala nila gikuha si marion, og billups floor general gyud na siya(he reminds me of Hector Calma sa San Miguel sauna), rasheed og hamilton mas nindot pud kung ilang kuhaon kay these guys really knows the game..... and oooohhhhhhh ngano nalimtan man diay nila si Bibby nga when the games on the line hes the best shooter.
As i was saying, i didn't include their status in the NBA. Kung sakto lang ila health, no injuries, unya willing to participate in the international league ug dako ang matabang sa core, i can see them reclaiming the title they had and their reputation as the toughest 15-man team in the world.
DENVER-MILWAUKEE TRADE
The Bucks need a shooter, but with the addition of Patterson in exchange for PF Joe Smith, they got a perimeter/man-to-man defensive specialist who is also a locker leader. THe Bucks acquired a veteran who can change their aspect in the game and adds more maturity to the whole Bucks team. They also got a valuable piece in exchange for a near-average provider bigman. Patterson may not provide points but with pure energy and hustle is what the Bucks really need the most, defense. Michael Redd and Bobby Simmons can provide the shooting touch, but i can still see them signing another swingman. They can look for Jim Jackson or Jumaine Jones.
There's been a rumor that Kenyon Martin is going nuts in Denver if dili jud cya ma-trade. So, trading for a big guy in Joe Smith is a decent move. Smith can provide another presence in the middle when hustle and rebound in the frontcourt aren't enough. For me, it's a safe move for them sad kay di sila ka-siguro sa condition ni Nene Hilario, so Joe Smith is a backup that suit Denver's need. They open up the SG starting role for newly acquired JR Smith too.
I think ang rason ato bai, kay mas polished ang duwa ni laetner kaysa kang shaq. maayo si shaq pero naa man gud siyay weakness, iya freethrow shootng and at that time bati pa iya passing skills. While si laetner mo fit gyud siya sa Dream Team, hes a very good perimeter shooter, a good passer and also a good defender. og usa pud naa na sila reliable nga center ato (Robinson, Ewing).Originally Posted by SQUiDnine
nag wonder lang ko ni laetner ngano wala ni siya mahimo og superstar like O neal and Alonzo did enjoy superstar status. they were the top 3 draft picks in 1992 if im not mistaken. but last year the 3 of them played together in one team namely the Miami Heat. which fell short against the pistons in 7 games. sayang wala si laetner sa ila championsip karon kay historic unta to. ganahan ko sa dinuwaan ni laetner beterano kaayo og style. malas lang gyud ang iyang mga team nga giduwaan kay sauna T wolves sige lang katagak, then Atlanta pirmi lang masikwati sa Bulls.
Those were the glorious days of Christian Laettner, he was voted for the first time in the All-Star Game when he was with the Hawks. Atlanta fell short lang jud in the playoffs kay ang pirmi nila ma-encounter kay ang glory days sad sa Bulls. Laettner found a home in Atlanta and i read somewhere that after the Bulls reign, the Hawks has the potential to bring the East's banner for the Western Conference type of play ato na era.Originally Posted by level42
Laettner never recovered in bringing his solid game since being traded to the Pistons. After niya, si Steve SMith dayon, mao nato sugod kwala ang core nila.
di man jud mo apil si Bilups karon kay naa cya baby...pero apil man cya sa future...
