i hav large testicles... lisod kaayo mag crossleg kay sakit kaayo mapisat.. samot na kung magsikitanay sa jeepney. kinahanglan bukhad gyud ang legs... anyways there's a method in checking for hernias... if you notice a bump on the side of the pubes better go to the doctor nalang...also try lying down and push your abdomen up (the part where if you sit down moporma cya or mopilo/crease ang imo tiyan... diha dapit ihilot kung sakit na gyud gani hernia na na!)
