I doubt there is a way you can put password to your USB..
but there is a way you can put password to your folder.. I haven't tried it though..

USB Safeguard is freeware for Windows only.

if you are using Windows 7 Ultimate, right click your usb in My computer window then click bit locker...if external hard drive imo i lock, mas maayo wala pa siya sulod par dali ang pag encrypt.after encryption u can use ur usb normaly. but everytime imo i plug, mangayo na password.no one can see the contents of ur usb na basta wala kabalo sa password. this is the best password protection nga ako nagamit, i have tried na pqi, kingston, wd nga free sa unit pero bati man. hassol.

Zip your files and Encrypt it with Password para dli mao open imo files...
