syempre, netbook for the budget and ur neds bro. try asus 1201n 25t u can edit n play lower 3d games. netsurf no problem sa tanan netbook(low-highend) as long no virus or problems.buy dvd external but no need if u hav usb, u can install,copy or play everting w/ it.
