    TS, pay a visit sa ilaha office and e present imoha concern.. Mas maayo naa gyud ka maatubang na representative nila kaysa mag wait ka sa email bah. So far, been a Globe postpaid user ko since 2003, wala ko naka encounter ug any prob sa akoa bill..

    i also have a problem sa akong 2 simcards sa globe prepaid. mo vanish kalit ang load then if you call
    their customer service hotline which is perting dugaya..e uli rapud the next day ang nawala na load.
    then after 30mins....vanish napud...then call napud...it will never end.
    try to google on how to hack a globe prepaid...naa ngadto ang mga suspects....

    its time to transfer to another provider

    Hala... Im a subscriber bya for GLOBE Internet plan.. pero i availed tha 499 Plan nila na fixed rate w/ 50 hours consumable per month... If exceed, i will be charged of 0.33 cents per minute. Actually, mo 2 months pako sa akong line... Actually this subscription of mine has a Notebook laptop w/ monthly amortization.. THIS WAS THEIR PROMO A MONTH AGO...So equally, my monthly bill (FIXED) is 898.00 Pesos.. Pero kon naakoy excess kay i will be charged on the top of my bill.. So karon pa lang, i am going to be more vigilant and be more observer sa akong billing, on how the breakdown appears and how am i charged... makita manjud nas billing bah for sure. . kay in case naa something wrong, il report it immediately to GLOBE TELECOM.. and let them explain....

    Internet connectivity- So far, sa amoang location, OK ang globe signal.. the speed and the upload, download speed. BUT.... sometimes, magputol2x gyud sya.. mwala kalit ang signal and i dont know why... pero mobalik raman sad dayon.... maybe sa location problem jud na tingale ang issue dha.

    Plan/Postpaid Bill- as ive said, i will be more observer sa akong usage, coz basin simbako instead of 898 akong bill, simbako maabot og 3k ba ron w/ c is way way dangerous for me....

    Anyways, ill just keep u posted if unsa pa akong ma experience sa globe... for my incoming bills and unsa pa...

    TS, Report lang judkas globe ani, and if magka hiunsa, i think u can report this matter to NTC... i think they will help you on this matter... Try lang... No harm in trying mnsad....

    Mao jud ni problem sa globe.. naay mga hidden charges bah... Bantayi lang jud ang bills then e report kung dili sakto...

    mao ni main reason na ako gipa putol ako postpaid account.... then nag prepaid ko loading 300 per month.... waaaaaaaaaa saonzzz dili pa ka abot 15 days kay na hurot na ako load.... toink... pagka!!! karn mo load nalang ko og tag 20pesos then if naa ko importante na gamitan kay usa pa ko tig load og dako pero ako pod bana-banaon na sakto2 ra pod ang ako ma load kay usik ra og ma subraan nya ma wagtang ra gihapon. saonzzzz

    na issue man unta ni kato si enrille ba to ang nangusog about sa load na ma wagtang...... waaaa pila kahay na dawat nila ato na nahilom raman og kalit. weeeeeee faet...

    ive been a postpaid user since 2007... smart and globe are the same...daghan hidden charges... the best ang sun coz so far wala pa ko kasuway niabot akoa bill ug dako...i have the plan 999 from sun and i only paid 3k plus because we had thz family thing goin on that month...pero every month ako bill is 1k plus rgyud nah.... unlike sa globe right now nga nikuha ko balik sa ila plan 500...i pay bills every month lapas 1k...and i made it clear sad nga 1k akoa limit...smart used to have so many hidden charges pero pasalamat nlng ko smart is doin well right now... pariha rasad sa sun... ang globe ky daghana gyud yapun ug hidden charges oi!
