im just only 5'3 shoulder to shoulder length is about 19 inches across, it myt also be that im fat mao tingale murag broad pud ang shoulders tanawon.... so i could be or not.... currently im going to a gym to slim down... hopefully the shoulders still there... "lapad" as before![]()
^^^im 5' 8 bro n i hav 20 inches on d shoulder, not fat tho so mayb i can add sum mor wen i bulk up w sum muscles tho hehe
if you want to have broad shoulder bro, you should train harder sa gym...eat more lean meats to gain lean muscle if you want to bulk up eat anything you want but you should know how to diet when the time comes...
