I woke up early today. My new working schedule is at 6am - 2 pm. Our office is temporarily located just a couple of blocks away from where I live. It would be good to take a walk in the early morning if I wasn't in such a rush.

It was a windy day today, too. And it drizzled while I was having breakfast with a friend somewhere Ramos. The pancakes were very filling. Too much so. The bacon was too crispy though I would've wanted more of it, and the hot choco lacked a little sweet. Cebu look and feel different on days like this. Dusts flying around, leaves of trees rustling against each other, squinting eyes, flying hair. Lol. It's fun. I wish it doesn't rain tonight, though. Because when it rains at night, it gets cold, and when it gets cold being alone at night becomes lonesome instead of it being fun. Cold loves company. I'm off for dinner.

Wednesday August 9
I've just had only 4 hours of sleep. The party at Handuraw last night was great. It's recharging to hang around with creative souls, and be again with kindred spirits~! I'm inspired again to pursue my artistic passion in full force... but I have to get through today, which is a working day without drooling over my keyboard and definitely I'm going to sleep early when I get home in bed.

Mom's gone to Hong Kong, the house is very quiet without her and without cable Dammit, if only the DSL people would just do what they promised. Supposedly last month we were supposed to be connected but they're so dragging their feet! Even when their own supervisor calling long-distance from Manila was following up on the service, they said by August 1 we're online but alas, still~!

Oh well oh well.. life is life, people are people... sigh. Yawn. Sigh.

Two of my most loved (not to mention favored) person left me. My good mentor will be leaving for her new job in Cebu. My fiance and I broke up. Sigh. Why is it that best things in life never last?

another day is about to end napud! sa pagpadayon sa lunhayng pagpanginabuhi ..naghnay hinay pod tawon kog panikad sa pagsubay sa saktong dalan..apan sa ligdong pagka storya usahay motipas sa mga kagang kagangon nga dalan... ahay!!!

nagkadugay nagkatunaw naman atmosphere here sa place where am i situated..sakit man asd atong rayiuma.. ing ani cguro ning amgkatigiulang ta og magka edaran..plus dugangan pa jud nga almost every close acquaintaces i've got "LOLA" na tawag sa ako! paeta...

oooppppppppppsssssssssss.... my gotcha golly bowowowowow tomorow is the deadliest end of our interface design and am still on 1/4 pa... hope the power will not be cut off ..lamayan nalang.. even though need to wake up too early in the morning para sa routine namo almost everyday..so chakka my life.. need to accumulate CHAKRA!! grrrrr

.. i just got out of hell. hell on earth. it's a city on the northern part of the philippines. it's a place where the word illegal DOESN'T exist. Everywhere you look you can see crime being commited. There's an infamous street in which fake documents and i.d.s can be made-while-you-wait. It operates 8 am to 6 pm. In front of cops and these cops don't do anything about them. When you look up you can dissern the pollution looming. The air is thick and humid, i rarely breathe. Traffic is..... nevermind, no word can describe it. Ok, hell is nearer. They have a " pirate's avenue ", you can see all the pirated dvds on display, all the scandals you could conjure up. And the people Worst kind of people i've met, they think they know everything and they think that they are better than Cebuanos but fact is WE ARE BETTER THAN THEM.. it's a miracle i survived that hell hole. But one thing's for certain, i am now home, Cebu. Cebu is synonymous for relief and relaxation.

Just finished reading fin's blog for the day. He's right. But as much i wanted to do something about it, (assuming i can do something about it), its virtually impossible to do so.

the streets flooding still, and its the capital alright. oportunistas everywhere. smart-looking dumb-asses too. not entirely generalization but it is the real face of the place. and i so despise their way of discriminating us cebuanos.

i remember when i had a heated discussion with a security guard, he was asking me for my ID just 30 mins after when he heard me speaking in our dialect. the next day, he's fired. i didnt do anything, i just filed a report. i didn't like the way he talks to me and the way he sway his hands. and the expats concur.

Breaking the Habit

i've been addicted to this site for quite sometime.... now i am going to have it break gradually... or maybe perhaps slow myself down for a moment... since i got soooo many work to do na sad... and this would mean i am going to focus most, but not all, of my time at work again....

beernes. i'm sick and tired of studying this minor subject---accouting 1. i'm afraid i'll fail and skeptical to pass it but i don't think so 'coz i have a passing grade man pud in prelim. oh, well, guess i better study on it real hard than to retake it next semester.
