ah...ok. pardon me if i have to clarify. i just dont want to presume meaning to a statement not clear to me even though i got a slight idea of wat one is trying to imply.

i think, i wud not totally agree to this coz i believe we are no different to other countries in the world. i wud rather say it wud depend on the situation. i wud like to site ex. ang pinoy mudaot sa ubang lahi ug nakita sad ni nako dri. anha sa work area, grabe ang politics ug naa sad ni sa ato. kung libakera sila puti or itom way mapili ky naa pod ni sa atong lahi.

pero kato hinoon cheating scam sa CGFNS (2006) ug sa PT (2008?), kanang amahan nagpatay sa iyang 17yrs son by shooting him 7 times, kanang sexual molestation sa patient na pinoy ang nihimo, etc.....sure gyud ko na negative and effect ani sa image nato pinoy. pero di man pod nila ma generalized ang whole population ky mugawas na against sa ila laws.

But take time to read this news from Balitang America regarding this certain issue and try to decipher if it is really the status of the economy that is dictating on the mgt. decision not to hire filipino nurses anymore in their hospital.

sis, basin tungod ni kay daghan US-educated nurses nga nangita pud trabaho. Maybe gusto nila unahon sa ug hire ang US-educated nurses kaysa foreign educated? If an HR person is looking at two resumes that are almost identical, except one is US educated and the other is foreign educated, the HR person might lean towards the US educated one.
