Many pinoy friends here in S'pore have different education background but they work as an IT... wah laoh !! don't focus on such piak piak theory lehhhh....

if imu course medical but if naa ka experience callcenter dinhi sa Pilipinas bisan gamay lang OK naman siguro kay di man just education gi tanaw hasta man experience...

and please dili nato dad-on atong habit nga mu sunod2x tah sa luxuries sa highter cultures
yet we don't earn as much as them.
we filipinos are, sadly, to be known for spending more that we can earn.

If asa sila malipay bro ila nah na, Di ta dapat mu touch sa issue on how should they spend their income or how should they live the lives. Yes we can suggest but in the of the day, its their choice, lahi lahi man ta reason why nanarbaho tah... cguro sa imu applied na pero sa uban lahi sad sila sitwasyon. ako bro-in-law was undergrad yet he was granted a pass
as a matter of fact PR na sila sa akong sis ron and 3 years na pud sila diri

if the company ur applying for sees ur skills and ur really an asset regardless sa imong school credentials
is sila gyud mo take effort mu vouch nimo sa MOM

naa pud uban company mu hire nalang just to get u off their backs when they know sa MOM ra pud ka masangit. or so some say.

sakto ka bro, lahi lahi jud ug sitwasyon kay dili transparent ang SG govt sa ila requirements gud. but sa imu bro-inlaw, murag dugay nman to siya na approve. tinuod sa una dali ra jud maka work pero at present nga daghan kompetensya nya pressure ang govt sa ila mga tawo nga cge na reklamu sa kadaghan sa foreign talents, lahi na ag dagan sa duwa karun. pero swerti swerti lan ghapon...

pasalamat ra pud ko wala pa approve ako application sa pag ka PR hehehe
