@tagaisla, sagihi lang na si FAQ ky d ta mo stoop sa iya LEVEL (watever it is). pag tubag pa lang niya ani na thread ky medyo lahi sya ug sabot sa ako ipa-ibot. ug i seem to get the kind of impression like urs.
matud pa niya, constructive criticisms daw iya gihimo diri sa thread but the way it was delivered ambot lang magaspang pa sa sandpaper. but hey, sa psychology pa...he is trying to put an impression or a facade to whoever is reading my thread. naa sad na siya ka lahi ka-color diri kanang isa pod na early ni respond.

How can you be sure all of the students doing clinical at your workplace are from those schools? What if they're mostly from some community college? Even if they are , do you think most of them speaking with wrong grammar like the immigrants? Hmm .. Lol, As for Pace University -- there are smart people there even though their mostly known for their "partying and get wasted" curriculum .
Have you tried to have a friendly conversation to these people, I mean your superiors, colleagues, and the students? Do you quickly understand them with their NY accent?? It's sooooo funny you said the "ENGLISHMEN" also speak with wrong grammar. Yeah, it's true but at least not the same level as those people we're talking about in this thread . There are a lot of white/black people speak with wrong grammar but they're the ones who only went to a community college or trade school .. It's possible too some of them never even graduated high-school !!
I'm a Filipino but I find it annoying that Filipinos always think they're the best and our race is the greatest blah blah .. JUST TO LET EVERYONE KNOW BEFORE THEY SET THEIR FOOT IN NORTH AMERICA, we're not the "best" .. Contrary to popular beliefs in the Philippines, Filipinos are not better than Americans and any other races and Filipinos are not are the best workers ...
I think the newsflash about employers aren't hiring Filipinos anymore should be a strong message to Filipinos out there who still clinging to their delusion that our race is way better than any race . They listen too much songs like NOYPI, Pinoy Ako and etc ..
Oh, for the "ENGLISHMENS" thing, you can see I put a quotation mark in an attempt to pull a satire on grammar. Loooool. But you took it very seriously . I know now why they're not hiring Filipinos anymore .. Hmmm ..
You're in NY, so why the Englishmen? Isn't supposed to be the Americans?? The Englishmen are people who who are natives and inhabitants of England.
Again, I'm a Filipino (actually, I used to but I'm trying to apply for a dual citizen though), I wasn't trying to discriminate Filipinos. It was a constructive criticism. You guys react very quickly with angst for all to see.

i know how constructive criticism looks like but my apology, it does not seem to appear that way at all. it was delivered more like "panlala-it" to Filipinos rather than being constructive. i cannot blame others to react right away coz i even took it more of an insult. do u believe in the saying "it is not wat u want to say but it is how u will say it that counts more"?
however, admitting to be a Filipino once in your ur lifetime is totally different from being responsibly proud to be one. i am not saying for u to be over boastful or overrate the race u came from but somehow just a lil of caution and at least be mindful of others lang. if u want to say something about Filipinos, just say it nicely and dont give us the impression that u dislike your own race.
after my post, i dont wish to see any attacks or its equivalence or else i will report this to the admin.
let's all post maturely and act responsibly...
