    kay ang training karn d naman gud pwd ang webcsr i kuti2 swerte au mo ato na time kay ig training ninyo pwd magamit ang csr ug live na numbers jd karn amo training mora rag discussion ug power point human way mock calls way hands on daun ni ask mi sa trainer if pwd ba mo try2 me ug mock call nya kausa ra jud daun activation ra pa jd na pwerteng sauna dapat hands on jd ang training pareha sa uban col center ako na work before para ig dial saun ra kaayu mao daghan magkara2 ig first day sa dial kay puros ra jud lecture ang training mora rag ga klase maski pag transfer sa call d gud kabalo ako kauban kay ang pag explain sa trainer pinaspasay nya verbal ra,maglibog lang ko nganu mo prefer sila ug tabi2 sa classroom na mas maayu man jud na handson dapat

    Bai, try the training center near the Cathedral. Callcenter Academy will train you. You can also apply at Excel Asia but be ready for a 500 peso fee (they will return it to you) after you completed their training.

    Dako ang chance mahire ka if naa kay backer.

    If you really want to add some units. Take advantage of the Cebu Technological University Short courses.

    ok rmn ang Q in my opinion. though there are salary issues but its not the compensation that matters, its the camaraderie we have here. eventhough unjust sometimes kay naay after shift meetings na walay pay but its for us raman pd. ang2 mn sd ug dli ta e'update sa mga latest happenings sa ato account.

    well, i mean it. naay mga superiors nato dha na makasapot ug naay attitude problem. but who cares? do we work for them? cla ang nagpakaon nato? ako pa ninyo trabaho nlng mo ug sakto. ayaw na huna2a ang mga way au na taw dha. dli pd bya tanan naay attitude problem sa Q! esp. ako sup, trainer, ug uban pa.

    EASY ra jd ang work dri. all you have to do is familiarize the account, the flows and the guidelines though frustrating lang usahay.


    All companies have its pros and cons. all you have to do is to adjust with those pros and cons and most importantly, LOVE YOUR JOB!


    I'll make this clear na wla ko g'bayran sa Q pra mu comment dri! I just stood up for those who still believe that this a good company. sa mga haters, thank you so much! you make us FAMOUS!

    so if matrain ka sa CallCenter Academy or Excel Asia, pwede nka mka-apply sa mga call centers? naa na silay certificate or diploma ihatag nimo? thanks!

    You must have done something wrong. If you think you've been treated unfair then you can always approach HR or I think you know how to get to DOLE.

    i've been reading your posts here and it seems that its not the company that is at fault in the 1st place. its YOU WHO SUCK MORE! ngano absent2..dahh!!


    i understand that you felt bad because you are terminated unjustly. but think about it, your the one who is at fault here.
