If you are looking for just small capacity, just try a 16GB usb drive. I think its cheaper than 20GB, and if you are looking for larger than 20GB try some online stores since they have some HD like 250GB for like 60$ or something like that.

It depends on the games but if your USB storage has enough space it should work. I used my 4GB flash disk to store updates of Left4dead 2 the Passing and The sacrifice and it uses around 1GB in total. Also installed games like TMNT Re-shelled and Hydro Thunder Hurricane. You can also install your DVD9 based xbox360 games for faster loading and less work for your consoles lens.
