then the girl says that guy was flirting with me. but the guy says "it's nothing, I was just admiring her". I think it only depends on how the individual sees it. So girls don't get us wrong.

the girl who said the guy was flirting with her doesn't know the difference between flirting and admiring. So it's not flirting...and so it's not cheating. But it's different if the guy would say "wow you are really hot and pretty" and would think how lucky he was if she was his gf instead of his current gf -- that would be unfair to the girl if the man is thinking he's not lucky to have her!
