visit wordpress.com and wordpress.org, their website is your biggest resource (centralize), but you can opt for google.com as well...

@TS: FB is right....definitely. Learning wordpress CMS requires enough time to learn.

start editing and studying default themes of wordpress 2.x...
wordpress 3.x is difficult to start...hehe

I strongly disagree, I learn wordpress in just 1 month. You must have the motivation to learn all the necessary things about wordpress and boom there you go.
