Ma push pa ni? Mura taas naman volts.. hehe advise mga masters regarding sa limitations! Been reading but mas ganahan ko gkan dnhi sa atong pinangga na mga istoryans ta makat-on.. hehe

try kuno set your vcore lower while maintaining the same fsb kung ok ba...i find it a little bit on the high side...below link is mine (i7-920 on air Prolimatech Megashadow w/ 2fans push-pull config)
CPU-Z Validator 3.1
Master simoko... holy cow! grabe ka gamay sa imo vcore yet 4.1 nah.. ang na try nako master kay raising fsb while at the same vcore.. dili ka lahos boot sa OS, pg login mo kaging. Should I focus first decreasing the vcore before ko saka sa fsb?
try to find first asa lowest vcore nimo @ stock fsb...mao nai lower limit nimo...then raise that fsb higher until you need to raise that vcore a little to be able to boot & operate stable...then raise fsb again...vcore again...its a painstaking process until you reach your target speed & temps for daily use...there are other voltages you need to touch along the way...VTT/NB/etc...if dili ka sure then leave them at default in the meantime...remember to keep your VDRAM @ 1.65v...the mem controller inside your procie is largely unknown in terms of voltage tolerances...better safe than sorry...
JOT DOWN RESULTS/NOTES and study it para dili ka magsige ug balik2x...
pang daily ni imong oc or pang benchmark ra? the steps i gave you is para pang daily nga oc...

Noted master simoko! Thanks a lot! Saw you sa event diay master.. hehe kita pa lang ko, i could say kasaligan nah daan.. hehehe
I raised on my multi master.. changing it to 21 from 20 and achieved below.. Will start again from scratch and follow your advice.. VDRAM always @ 1.65v since its the advertised setting for the mems and configured it manually pud.
CPU-Z Validator 3.1
I'd like to have it for 24/7 use master.. But what im plannin' since there are 2 profiles.. I'll be saving..
1. Gaming
2. Daily use
Will this be Ok master?

what do you expect? grabeh kaayo na ug connections si yoyong, handpicked gyud na nga proc. if only i have the same connections, sunog-sunog gyud siguro mga proc diri ba.
as for my tip; get to know your processor very well. read its specified thermal and electrical properties. helpful links and good reads below:
Intel® Core™ i7 Processor - Technical Documents
data sheet na sa imong proc. you'll find absolute maximum voltage and temperature among other things. what's good is that its coming from the manufacturer itself rather than speculations and what-nots. one last word, limits depends on your preference, ikaw ra gyud maka decide unsa'y sakto na para nimo.
enjoy overclocking.
edit lang gamay:
this is not for the memory but for the processor itself (memory controller). you can run it higher than this specification but you'll have to maintain a certain percentage against uncore voltage. read between the lines sa datasheet, its there - wala gi-mention directly but there.VDRAM always @ 1.65v since its the advertised setting for the mems and configured it manually pud.

Another expert has emerged.. Thanks for the heads-up sir poldo.. I read your reviews, it's concrete, thorough and reliable..![]()
Could not agree more.ikaw ra gyud maka decide unsa'y sakto na para nimo.
Ok sir polds.. noted! Already saved the document.. will be reading this before proceeding..Lingaw na kaayo ko.. haha at least, sa ako kinawboy nga OC, dako kaayo ko nasabtan.. Both of you ni master simoko contributed a lot sa ako OC experience.. hihi
