let me break it down for you: IF you were a Registered Nurse ....

    - you paid your tuition and all the expenses during your life as a student
    - you studied hard to graduate
    - paid a lot for the review centers
    - study harder to pass the board exam
    - you passed the board exam and expecting a BETTER FUTURE

... but look at the situation now, YOU'RE PAYING TO GET SOME EXPERIENCE What kind of stupid joke is that ?? As one who has undergone such hardship, would you allow yourself to be treated like that ??

the source of this problem is the government and DepEd. They didn't control the influx of nursing students. And they allowed schools who doesnt even deserve to cater the nursing course, let me just name some schools here, USJR and CIT. No offense to any Nursing Josenians nor CIT nursing students, but what is your right to hold such a course ?? Just because your school passed the accreditation exam done by DepEd ?? And SWU, the prime school of nursing, they have gone from QUALITY EDUCATION to COMMERCIAL EDUCATION.

if you have a friend or a daughter or a cousin who wants to be a nurse, tell him/her not to.
its CHED not DepEd... well said...U nice one! naluoy gyud ko sa uban nga dako na au ug review pra mkapasar lang bisan 20k nai ggasto.

hahaha ka swerte ra sa staff nurse ana nga hospital kung asa mo nag volunteer. kamo tigbuhat sa ila trabaho unya sila tigdawat sa sweldo. haha no offense pero tinuod. ampay pud sa mga hospital ui ang mag volunteer especially kanang mga private hospitals. kanindot ra ah, you serve without pay. haha sila ra ang madato. bwahaha instead of mo hire sila ug staff nurse kay dili na nuon kay naa man mag volunteer. kana pa di cla magsweldo.

hands down jud ko anang mga hospital nga staff nurse ila e-hire instead of volunteers. at least they give respect to all nurses!

Hospitals needs Nurses NOT OJT's practicing to be nurses. pa cute cute daghan diha.
Don't get me wrong, daghan graduate ug Nursing dili gani kama-o mo inject, hadlok pa dugo.

IKAW?

As a nurse, a newly graduate, just passed the Board Exam, can you recall everything the school taught you? am I missing the point here?

IT IS THE HOSPITAL'S PREROGATIVE unya GUI PUGOS DIAY MO?

Here's more ...... E train mo sa Hospital for FREE, unya inig maka lugar, mo abroad lang gani dili ma nanghid. :P

Regular Staff Nurses and Doctors don't want to BABY SIT volunteers. ayaw mo ingon suerte sila kay duna mo trabaho sa ila trabaho unya
sila mo dawat sa ila sueldo. Kung ma PALPAK KA kinsa ma wad-an ug regular job and traineeee? Aw di pareho na mo JOBLESS NUrse.
ayaw mo ka kitid ug utok inyu ra interest inyu e consider.
for every procedure you undertake there are incidental expenses.... EXTRA expenses supposedly not there when you are NOT THERE.

No, I didn't Miss the Whole POINT.
Everybody wants to be a NURSE, and the HOspitals can't hire them all 187,000 ++ at that.
Hospitals can only accomodate some few so they can gain "experience" so they can work abroad !!!
But HOSPITALS WILL INCUR incidental expenses if they allow volunteers to come in and train or gain experience. Kinsa man diay mo bayad ang mga pasyente?

What if mo STOP ang hospitals accepting volunteers? ka pugong mo?
Will the Hospital Operations be affected? Definitely NO !
You should be grateful mo dawat sila ninyo kay dili na ila SALA wala moy trabaho kay nag sobra na ang NURSE sa PILIPINAS.

Karon ang HOSPITALS pa ang sad-an kay duna bayad.
When you enter an operating room What do you use? e lista daw in detail kamao ba mo?
from getting sterilized until you go out after the procedure.
unya kinsa man mo bayad ana?

Again you are there EXTRA since the procedure can be done with or without the "trainee".
    GEt that?
