touch mobile subscriber ko, then i received a message from 4-digit number 2814..
it says "Avail of the bucket plan for cheap SMS rates: P5/10 replies for 1 day text 5 to 2814" and it will give you a confirmation message "You can now send 10 msgs via Chikka for P5.00! Credits will expire on 10/04/2010. Send msg to 2814 and Chikka ID....."
why this is ilad/scam?
it doesn't say anything about "Chikka".... AND I DON'T USE OR REPLY TO CHIKKA!!! mo-tuo tawn ka sa imong P5, maka-reply kag ika-10.... nya diay to, chikka gamit... kay@ta mga tawhana...
usik ako 5 nga way nahimo....
i hope this will be a warning to you guys....
ang 4-digit number is 2814.... ayaw mo send kung di mo tig-gamit chikka...
.

it's okay to use chikka man as long as online lng.
I never register using my phone sim. It's safer.. so as not to have your number searchable.
I think this can be a source of them selling your digits to advertising agenciesl.
Rule of thumb lng jud na.. never divulge anything if you don't want to be duped. this goes for sms msgs as well.

Free for the first 3 text message, nya mo-require nga pareplyon imong katext atleast 1 text message for P2.50 aron ma-consume nimo ang credits na 20 free texts.
