Think about it as an investment so you guys will have an edge over the others in landing better jobs in the future.
Remember ang experience baya dili ka bayran.

kinahanglan na ang exam fees since the hospital will incur expenses just to accomodate the volunteers and/or the trainees. If ganahan mo pa kwenta sa detailed trial balance on this particular operating cost you can ask them. Part of it is used to pay the administrative costs and incidentals. Kamo na ba lang daginoton para sila maka expand ug bldg.

If you whine about the PhP60-70 pesos per day na cost sa imo actual training go back to the paradigm why you would want to volunteer or to train.
Think positive, the hospital can operate without you. You are even considered a liability to the hospital unless you prove otherwise thus the strict screening on whom they accept. Branding the hospital as manipulative, opportunists and exploitative will not give justice to those regular employees who help you render your training course without due compensation.
There are many of them (hospital personnel) who are also volunteers so you guys will gain experience and get your certificate that might land you a better job in the future.

e kwenta kuno ang imo gui gamit ug pila ang gasto sa hospital sa imo pag train sa ila hospital if sobra ra ba gyud kaayo ang imo PhP70 gui amot.
If you think what you pay for isn't worth it, YOU HAVE ALL THE OPTIONS TO TAKE.

GOOD LUCK NINYO AND HOPE YOU FIND JOBS AND BE EMPLOYED SOON...

@eissey182: grabe au ang uban hospitals karon.... mo base na ang uban sa board rating.

inorder to practice your profession you should have a license... license dili grado ang basihan. way kwenta ang prc og mag-ingon ani ang mga employers..... its a double standard

akoa sister kay nursing man to, nag training ra to siya sa district hospital raman sa amoa sa bohol

depende ra siguro pod kay naningkamot man sad to siya na swertihan tua na sa UK ron.

pero paita sad na ngana oi pabayron man gyud noon.....

same raman na sa OJT na situation its either naa moy allowance or wala moy allowance depend sa company rana. pero ang gi trainee pabayron sus pagka walay ayo ana oi.

if mo ingon mo nga sa pag train nagamit mog equipment or unsa or nay personnel ni supervise nimo
pero huna hunaa sad nag trabaho ka sa dapat trabaho sa regular employee with out any compensation
    so tabla rana.

think of it this way. if it would have been a learning or training center pwede og pwede kaayo magpabayad sila pag train ninyo sa ilang hospital.

before mo mobayad e ask pag sakto ba mo magbayad dapat magpa accredit or magkuhag license ta ng hospital para mamahimo na training center para sa nurse

kana if ilang stupid nga rason is ang bayad ninyo is para sa knowledge og pag train ninyo

YES u need the nurses SO BADLY. Nurses are like water. They may be undervalued but undeniably very important to keep this nation alive. Dont be a hipokrito. If u wanna be a hipokrito, then fire all the nurses. All of them. Tingnan natin kung kaya nyo talaga WITHOUT THE NURSES. AND BY THE WAY, IT'S 1.4K IN C.N.U. for 8 hours only. So Ngayon namulat ka na?
