pilosopo pagkaingon but looking at it a little deeper, basin nairita na na ang mga pari anang mga isyuha, honestly, on my part, makaingon ko nga pambata ra kaayo na nga mga issue. kung moingon ang pari nga "look for other school", that just sums it up: if you can't agree with USC's policies, then why stay in USC? go to UP or somewhere else. kana kung kaya pud makasulod sa UP.
Magrally sila even dili in line sa education its because some of the policy imposed is dili mansad in line sa education. Like bungot or haircut. Usahay man gud ang policy nga e impose is very personal for them mao na mu create jud ug dili maau na reaction.

D mansad, dili ra man USC ang naay taas nga level sa education. OF course other universities nag posses pud ug high level education. Its just that kapoy mansad gud kung naka sugod naka nya mubalhin paka. Mao unta nay gi consider ug gi respect sa mga tao nga nitubag ug "cge pamalhin na lang mo kai dili man mo ganahan sa policy" . If you noticed some of the policies are very personal pra hilabtan, like haircut or bungot. Maybe not for everybody but others see it as gihilabtan ila personal preferences sa ila style. It has nothing to do with your educated brain. Though others think of it as murag adis adis or untidy looking kung naa bungot or taas hair. Still its personal preference.
Even though in a way, lost sa student kung mupahawa sila sa USC but lost pud na sa school labi nag daghan ang muhawa sa ila.

how then could you impose discipline if pasagdan ra nga mura na'g kanding og bungot or mura na'g caveman og buhok ang mga studyante? it's also for the good of the students. it's just the rebellious side of us nga di ta magpahilabot sa atong gusto. the educational institution is responsible for transforming students to become better people not only on the intellectual aspect but also on the disciplinary aspect as well. m.sugot ka imong mga seatmate murag si barok tan.awn? or imong kadungan og kaon sa canteen murag apocalypto sa kadaghan og piercings? there always have to be a limit to everything including freedom. too much freedom will breed lack of discipline.

i am not a student of USC and i am not a student anymore but this goes out not only to carolinians but to each and every student.

Just like what ive said, its too personal. We're the same.. Im also not a student of USC and not a student anymore. Yes i agree with the limit to everything, a limit for too much policy. hehe.. peace.
Bitaw, im kinda bunguton sad but i am always clean shaven. Its just that i cant do the shaving everyday because hapdos mana kung bag-o pang tubo then imo daun e shave. So ang tendency is patas-on sa nako gamay, enough growth that is when shaven dili ko magsamad samad tungod sa kamubu.
Siguro naay uban students nga naa sad kaugalingon nila na reason why they prefer longer hair or beard. Maybe naa silay gitago or pihing ang ulo so tabunan nila sa ila buhok or scar in the face nga bati tan-awon thats why pataas na lang bungot, Or maybe costful para nila kung shave pa, things like that. Some of them have valid reasons mansad siguro. Those things need consideration mansad i think. Dili man tanan nagpataas buhok or bungot only for fashion sake or kai gusto gusto lang.

yah it may be just a "bungot and hair" to you. and has it occurred to you nga it's
so shallow to make a policy out such issue instead of addressing certain issues that really matters?
I mean I may not be able to put a finger directly on it but I'm sure most, or maybe every carolinian (not necessarily geniuses but w/ real brains), knew about it.

our parents put us in schools for our education and education also is knowing our choice and how to make a stand for it.
well..otherwise if being in school for you is just a formality in life or growing up instead of learning. OR a mere PRIVELEGE instead of your RIGHT to EDUCATION.

If you have some views or something to say about school policies being implemented means you are exercising or expressing something
you comprehended and understand and want to be involved means you are learning and that 30k being paid or you said "the parents" paid at least ni manifest or nakita ang iyang worth.
dili kay nag bayad ug 30k para lang mulingkod sa classroom just for the sake of being present at school or being in
a university yet wala diay kabalo what the real essence of learning is being about...basta lang naka tung2x ug eskwelahan thankful and enough na nimo diba?

So I guess ikaw mismo you should be thankful naka tungtung ka ug school and it doesnt matter if nakat-on baka or wala basta lang sa ngalan naka eskwela ka enough na para nimo.
