Para makita dayon sa tanan bah. I just had a very bad experience with CBX @ Jones kahapon. They will not replace a bad seagate hd i bought from them last saturday.

I failed to check that there is already a thread here sharing VERY BAD EXPERIENCES WITH CBX.

We should have an active list of sellers like this para ma aware ang tanan.

Sure ka doh di jud ka ilisan nila? then naa pa baya na direct replacement since la pana 30 days kay internal parts mana sa laptop.

Ask for replacement OR Refund sayon rana! yaw kalimot sa imo resibo. Di na gani madala adto sa DTI para aksyonan na sila. Also me I had a bad experience w/ them sa SM dapit lang akoa.

better go to their shop and find the manager then adto niya reklamo para makasab-an ang sale staff nga na binuang nimo. ngano gud tawn dili ilisan nga 7 days direct replacement man na if found na defective.

i suggest ayaw mo palit sa mga tindahan na dili kaayo known, ako 2 ra jud ko ka stores magpalitan sa PCX og GI and sometimes naa jud mga buang2x na mga sales staffs hehehe

saturday, oct 1,2010: nipalit ko ug Seagate 160GB IDE hard drive sa CBX.

weekend: ako gi install sa ako machine, dili gani katiwas ug format sa NTFS kay defective daw.

monday, oct 4, 2010: nibalik dayon ko sa CBX kay ako pailisan ug brand new nga HD. BEFORE nila gi test, nisulti ang technician nga Ramil ang name nga good gyud to, akong machine daw ang guba. then ila gi hookup sa ila computer. THEN, dili ma detect and akong hard drive.

i thought ok na sila for replacement.

i went out for lunch.

later i called to check on the replacement. this time, lain na tuno sinultihan ni Ramil. working daw ang hard drive ug dili nila ilisan!

they are judge jury and executioner. i am a buyer in good faith.

aw kasabot man bro. way blema sa pagsinabtanay.

pero kung nakakita lang unta ko ug sayo sa thread about bad experiences sa ubang istoryans about CBX, i will not buy from them gyud unta. its my fault not being skillful with the use of the search function here.
